Who is this for?

Anyone training regularly who wants the one supplement with the deepest research behind it, without the extras. It's equally suited to a first tub and to someone switching from a flavoured product they got tired of. It is not a pre-workout and there's no stimulant in it.

How do I take it ?

One scoop — 5 g — into any liquid, once a day, including rest days. Warmer liquid dissolves it faster. No loading phase: 5 g daily gets you to the same place in three to four weeks that 20 g a day gets you to in one, without the stomach upset.

What's inside ?

Creatine monohydrate, micronized. That is the complete ingredient list — no flavours, no sweeteners, no anti-caking agents, no blend. Full Supplement Facts are further down this page.

Most creatine brands sell you a better version of the one that already works.

New forms.

Loading protocols.

Flavour systems.

A higher price..

Every one of them is an answer to a problem monohydrate doesn't have. So we asked a different question:

What if the plainest version was still the right one?

Monohydrate is the form with hundreds of studies behind it. Everything we did to this tub was a decision to leave something out.

  • The studied dose

5 g per scoop. The research-backed daily dose.

  • Micronized to mix

Fine-milled powder for smoother, easier mixing.

  • Nothing extra

No sweeteners. No colours. No proprietary blends.

One scoop. Every day of the week.

Creatine works by keeping muscle stores saturated. That's a daily job, not a workout-day job.

Week 1

Nothing yet. This is normal, and it's where most people quit

Week 2–3

The scale may move a little. That's water inside the muscle, not fat

Week 4

Saturation. The set that used to stop at eight goes to nine

Week 8

Tub's empty. Now you have real information to decide with

Rest days count. Timing around a workout matters far less than the research on timing suggests — taking it every day is the part that does the work.

Built for consistency

Make it the easiest thing you do all day.

One scoop into whatever's already in your hand. No shaker required, no timing window to hit, no protocol to remember. The supplement that gets taken beats the one with the better label.

Most creatine tubs hide their flaws on the back.

FAQs

Will it make me gain weight?

Creatine pulls water into muscle cells. That's not bloating and it isn't fat — it's water inside the muscle rather than under the skin. Some people see a small change on the scale in the first two to three weeks; others see nothing at all. If the scale is what you track, expect it to be an unreliable signal for a few weeks.

Does creatine cause hair loss?

The whole debate traces back to one small 2009 study on rugby players that measured a hormone marker, not hair loss itself. It has never been replicated, and no study has directly shown creatine causing hair loss. We're not going to call it a settled myth, because "not replicated" isn't the same as "disproven" — if you're already concerned about thinning, talk to a healthcare professional before starting.

Is it hard on your kidneys?

Creatine raises creatinine, which is one of the markers used in kidney blood panels — so a routine test can look off without kidney function changing. Studies in healthy adults haven't found damage at standard doses. If you have a kidney condition or take medication affecting kidney function, speak to your doctor, and tell them you're taking creatine before any blood work.

Do I need a loading phase?

No. Loading — 20 g a day for a week — gets you saturated faster. Taking 5 g a day gets you to the same place in three to four weeks, with less stomach upset and less powder used. We didn't build one into the label because it's the main reason people quit in week one.

Is it going to be gritty?

Grit is a particle-size problem, and ours is micronized to avoid it. Two practical things: warmer liquid dissolves it faster than ice water, and waiting thirty seconds after stirring does more than stirring harder. In coffee it disappears completely.
